how to offer touch terminals useful for customers in Zara's physical stores ?

This is a scholar project done in 24 hours: I had to do some research on how propose some touch terminals, how they did it (competition marketing and aditionals uses) and what I can add to make it more useful than what we already see in mall.

Problems I've met:
- as my first project about making a more deep benchmark than I already did as a webdesigner: I could not take a lot of time on testing my solution
- Not enough research to innovate or answer to different requests that customers might have.

/ Design process

With so little time, I had to make quick decisions: I've first began from drafts and making wireframes on Axure to propose a prototype.
The next step was to make graphic models with Photoshop.

/ Imaginary Concept

The brief was short: Zara want to add some touch terminals in his physical stores for his clients.
In addition to sellers, the touch terminal would propose to let us buy our clothes without waiting at the cashier. Plus, the customer can add to his kart his products and wait for a seller to pick them up and give them directly at the cashier.

/ solution & result

The solution basically contains a search in the store's database on what it offers or no longer has in stock. A map to show where other Zara stores could be. The possibility of buying clothes by credit card from the touch terminal or payment at the cashier. And the client can request a touch-up/stitching-up and see the price of a product.
